So the idea is that the lord, priest, and Yarrick sit in the blob and glare at people.  The wolves come down in the pods and do wolf things.

The secret sauce is I want to put the special weapon squads in the three extra drop pods and dump 9 demo charges first turn.  I think this is enough to give knights the business.

I am worried that at 1850 I do not have enough stuff, and some highly mobile armies like Serpent spam could hurt.

Also a rules question, the Wolf Priest gives himself and any space wolves preferred enemy, since he is an IC with preferred enemy will he give it to the blob?

Thanks kids.

That Tzeentch character sounds like Aekold Helbrass in the Fantasy rumors. Always liked fielding him, hope he does return.

Was that the former High Elf Sword Master?

I think he was a knight from one of the Empire’s Templar orders IIRC.

        Background blurb:

Aekold Helbrass, Champion of Tzeentch, hears a most unusual gift – the gift that is known as the Breath of Life. Where Aekold walks the grass springs green and meadow flowers blossom. When he walks upon desert sands and stony rocks the land bursts into life as he passes.

Any living thing he touches springs into new and vigorous growth. The long-dead wood of doors and staves takes root upon his touch. His touch can restore to health creatures that are upon the threshold of death, for such is the power of the Breath of Life. His touch is as indiscriminate as it is potent, behind him he leaves a trail of new life and everything he touches is affected.

While life giving is the gift of Aekold, he slays his opponents without pity or care for their life, for he knows all life is but an endless dance of change, dictated by Tzeentch, the Master of Fate.

I remember someone telling me he started out as a Dark Elf character before they reworked the model for the Chaos release. Might be where he got his design cues from.

    Hey Frankie,
You are doing a really good job at the start with the social stuff.
    But the twitter isn’t ReeceRobbins@frontline. It’s literally just “@ReeceRobbins” 🙂

The Hawk Wargames ship is call the Achilles, and it’s been described as both “a relatively small ship” and as the “largest UCM ship, capable of entering an atmosphere”. 🙂 Can’t wait to hear more about “Battle Dropzone Commander: Gothic” soon 😉
