Funny that you mention doomscythe spam. I was hoping you guys would do a necron battle report with them in it. Any chance of such a battle report?

Yeah, we will definitely be doing such a report. It is a cool list, for sure.

Sweet! I was hoping you guys weren’t done with Crons since you were selling off that studio army. I am definitely looking forward to that batrep! You guys are continuing to do a great job!

Thanks! Yeah, the Doom Scythe list is actually pretty fun. It’s a gambler’s army, no doubt, but I like those.

The only problem I am having with night scythe/doom scythe spam is that there are alot of problems with the rest of the codex supporting/bieng supported by the scythes due to speed. Its what I have been playing since the codex launched and it does well. If it isnt in a scythe though, it usually isnt fast enough and has to be played around.

I agree to a point. The way we play it is to combo them with Imotekh and then to have the rest of the army pretty much do it’s own thing. You could take Eldritch Lance spam, but I question how good of a list that would be on the whole.
