And if you want to work on your hobby skills, the LVO will be bringing some of the most famous painters and accomplished hobbyists to teach classes. There is also a full exhibitor hall where you can buy the coolest minis, paints, tools, and accessories and get sneak peeks of new things to come.

Have the best possible experience without having to commute in each day by staying onsite. Not only will you have more fun, but you will help make this event possible by supporting Frontline Gaming and the LVO. Get your discounted rate by booking through the LVO room block HERE.

Please remember that you will need a convention badge to enter the LVO which can be purchased HERE.

The hobby access badge, painting classes, and various seminars hosted by legendary members of the community will have tickets released within the next few weeks.

More events and additional game systems will be added. If you do not find a tournament or a game system being played yet at LVO 2023, please email Events@frontlinegaming.org so that we can make sure it is in the works or try to add it if we have space.

Refund Policy:

All tickets are digital. You will not receive physical tickets. For the LVO 2023 event (for which registration will open in June, 2022), all purchases are refundable until November 27th, 2022, after which no tickets will be refunded. Tickets may be transferred to another party up until January 12th, 2023. In the instance the event is cancelled due to forces outside of our control, such as Covid-19, customers may donate their ticket revenue to the event to help offset the significant financial burden the event faces in the event of a cancellation (with our sincere gratitude), ask for a refund which will be issued even if the cancellation occurs after November 27th, 2022, apply their ticket value as credit for the LVO 2024, or to use as credit in the Frontline Gaming web-cart. In the instance the event is forced to cancel, refunds may take up to 90 days to process. All ticket refunds are subject to a 15% service fee.

We are also offering a new service: Ticket Insurance. This offers attendees the opportunity to purchase insurance on their LVO 2023 Tickets and Merchandise at 100% of the purchase price, not subject to the 15% service fee up until the day before the event, January 25th, 2023. Hey, I’ve been to the LVO 5 years now and was curious in a painting class, was talking to a friend who went to one in 2022 and he liked it. But I’m not seeing any painting classes for 2023. Have any been set up yet, and if not, are any planned?

We got the information we needed a bit late in the game, but should have them up for registration next week. Part of the crew had to head to the ACO but are working on those tickets during the event.
