Battle Sisters (yes, really!) and More!

That’s right – the wait is almost over. Next weekend, you’ll finally be able to pre-order the first wave of new, plastic Adepta Sororitas models in the form of the Sisters of Battle Army Set! But first, a quick note…

This article was originally published on the Warhammer-community site.

As we get ready for Christmas, we want to make sure you all get your latest Warhammer 40,000 goodies at the same time. Next week’s Warhammer Underworlds releases will be arriving in stores on November the 23rd, as normal. However, next week’s pre-orders for the 41st Millennium – that’s Faith & Fury, the new Chaos Sorcerer, new Start Collecting! sets and of course, the Sisters of Battle Army Set, will be on shelves after 2 weeks – that’s November the 29th, or Black Friday.

Now let’s take a look at this box:

That’s a total of 25 brand-new miniatures, the Adepta Sororitas codex (with exclusive cover art), datacards and dice – all in one box! Your faith in the Emperor has truly been rewarded with this incredible army set and you’ve only got a mere six days left to wait before you can pre-order it! How cool is that?

But even if the Adepta Sororitas somehow aren’t your jam, there’s plenty of other Warhammer 40,000 stuff for you to sink your teeth into. First up is a shiny (by which we mean ‘shrouded in evil’) new Sorcerer for the Heretic Astartes. Wielding a force staff and summoning forth fell magicks from the warp, this Sorcerer looks every bit the dark mirror of an Adeptus Astartes Librarian.

There are also two new Start Collecting! sets on their way – one of Vanguard Space Marines and the other of Chaos Space Marines –comprising the two halves of the Warhammer 40,000: Shadowspear battlebox.

If you’re looking to kickstart or reinforce your Adeptus Astartes and Heretic Astartes collections, look no further than these two fantastic sets.

Psychic Awakening: Faith & Fury

The seismic events of the Psychic Awakening continue to unfold in the second, unmissable book in the series – Faith & Fury. The campaign book kicks things off with a sweeping narrative recounting the tapestry of heroism and villainy woven around the worlds of the Talledus System.

It then presents a host of new rules for the Space Marines – including a codex expansion’s worth of rules for the storied Black Templars Chapter – and loads of awesome new content for the story’s antagonists, the Heretic Astartes. Want rules for your Traitor Legion of choice? Well, Faith & Fury has got you covered!

Psychic Awakening: Faith & Fury will be available in hardback, as a luxurious Collector’s Edition and in an ePub digital format.

As an added bonus, while stocks last, every pre-order of the hardback or Collector’s Edition of Psychic Awakening: Faith & Fury will come with a set of stylish datacards for High Marshal Helbrecht, Chaplain Grimaldus, Cenobyte Servitors, a Crusader Squad and a Chaos Sorcerer!

Rippa’s Snarlfangs

A new warband is also on its way for Warhammer Underworlds: Beastgrave! Rippa believes he’s been sent a vision of a mighty choppa by Gorkamorka, and he’ll stop at nothing in his hunt for this legendary weapon.

This new warband expansion set includes three push-fit models in coloured plastic,* while fighter cards let you keep track of them in-game. 32 warband-specific cards (including objectives, upgrades and ploys) will enable you to harness the unique tactics of Rippa’s Snarlfangs. Meanwhile, 28 Universal cards give you new options for customising your deck, whichever Warhammer Underworlds warband you play.

If you seek to channel the favour of Gorkamorka in your games, you’ll want to make sure you pick up your Rippa’s Snarlfangs dice set, and clad your cards in Rippa’s Snarlfangs-specific sleeves.

Warhammer Underworlds: Beastgrave Gift Pack

You’ll also be able to enhance any deck with this handy collection of Universal cards, which have not been available since Warhammer Underworlds: Shadespire. They feature 10 gambits, 10 upgrades and 12 objectives, each with brand-new themed art and card borders.

The set also includes a printed card dashboard with which to track your activations and rounds, as well as three round tokens to use as markers.

Warhammer Underworlds: Beastgrave – Champions of Dreadfane

Two warbands in one? What’s not to love? Champions of Dreadfane gives you the opportunity to add Lady Harrow’s Mournflight and Ironsoul’s Condemnors to your warband collections, both of which were previously only available in the Warhammer Underworlds: Dreadfane set.

As well as the 7 push-fit miniatures (3 Stormcast Eternals Sequitors and 4 Nighthaunt Myrmourn Banshees), the set also includes a total of 64 power and objective cards divided evenly between the two warbands, enabling you to replicate their defining play styles.

You’ll also be able to pick up bespoke card sleeve sets for your Lady Harrow’s Mournflight and Ironsoul’s Condemnors warbands too!

Black Library

You’ll be able to pre-order loads of books next week too, including the Limited Edition of book three in the Siege of Terra series, The First Wall by Gav Thorpe, as well as the paperback of The Solar War.

There’s also a new Sisters of Battle novel by Rachel Harrison called Mark of Faith coming in hardback, eBook and Special Edition formats, alongside James Swallow’s classic Adepta Sororitas story Hammer & Anvil as an MP3 audiobook.

Add in a paperback omnibus of tyranid-themed tales, The Great Devourer: The Leviathan Omnibus, and it’s a good week for all Warhammer fiction fans!

These fantastic sets will be available to pre-order from next weekend – including, if you somehow missed it, THE SISTERS OF BATTLE ARMY SET – so be sure to head down to your local store or pop online to make sure you secure your goodies of choice then!

* What colour, you ask? They’re approximately Citadel Colour Death Korps Drab!
