Don’t jump the gun allowing the Styrix, it was never indicated for use in 40k, only Horus Heresy, unlike the Magaera which has experimental 40k rules.

    • Novastar November 2, 2015 6:28 pm #

Ya the Styrix doesn’t have experimental rules for 40k

      • Reecius November 2, 2015 8:57 pm #

I though it did, thanks for the heads up.

It is however listed under the 40k section of FW’s site. It’s probably worth emailing Forge World to ask about it.

Dropfleet Commander will be such an awesome game. Be sure to check out the Beasts of War gameplay video they made. It’s just a sneek peak, but the rules and mechanics they show look just absolutely perfect!

They even designed special bases (not the ones in the video. Check out their kickstarter for the pictures.) with rotating dials to show height, signature, firing arcs and…. you can put ship names on them!!! So awesome! Love the fact that you can name your ships individually. This will make them so much more immersive and personal.

“The Hood is going down! It’s going down! nooooo! *kaboom* You’ve served me well, my trusted battlecruiser.”

Da Boyz is ITC!? There’s nothing on their site pointing to that o_O

    • Reecius November 3, 2015 9:44 am #

There should be, i will double check.

      • 1PlusArmour November 3, 2015 9:51 am #

Cool. I’ll be going either way, just surprising since there’s no mention of it on their site and it’s highlander 40k 😛
