If your gonna “review” as apposed to just comment about cool stuff you should mention more about comparisons with other kits and who the kit is aimed at.
I shall pass on this kit as I have many spares from DC and SG kits as well as Sternguard parts that cover all of what’s in the new box more than enough.
The whole box is just parts from other kits with the odd blood drop or chalice greenstuffed on.
However.. the kit is absolutely ace for folks just starting a BA force which I guess is the idea since the codex etc landed at same time.
If you have the cash id buy Death coy, Sanguinial guard and sternguard kits and splice in the parts. a lot more fun.
Except Death Comapny have all the Xs and crosses on the armour and normal Blood Angel marines do not have those markings
you can use them for 5th or 6th squad markings, its what i ended up doing with my ones for 5th squad, yeah there is a few but ehh im not gonna sit there and file them all off etc wont matter now they have jump packs so they most likely wont be seeing the light of day for a very long amount of time.
so cool then, yeah? 🙂
