Awesome battle report. I love seeing Dark Eldar on the table!

I’m curious about your list, though, Frankie. I was totaling up the points based on the list provided there and I got 1760, instead of 1750. Did I miss something?

Yeah, there’s a typo, one of the venoms doesn’t have a Nightshield.

Ah, yeah, I figured it was something like that. Thanks!

I told you Frankie the best strategy is to roll more 6’s then your opponent

Haha it actually works. Thanks for the pro tip

DE venom-spam has 3 main armies that will give them problems. He overcame one of them here. The other 2….well, what do you know, I own them! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

Frankie, one of these days, maybe, just maybe….I’ll let you beat my necrons or mechdar. πŸ˜‰

He beat Cron Air in a challenge match already!

But has he beaten wraithwing tesla-spam necrons? πŸ˜‰

Wraiths get owned by DE, it’s the Night Scythes that wreck them.

That maybe….but like I said, one day I might just let Frankie beat my wraithwing crons. Hahahaha…..j.k. πŸ˜‰

Venomspam also has serious problems with Tzeentch Circuses spamming Telepathy. Invisible DPs just flying from cover to cover, vector striking boats en route.

Frankie has the Farseer though, which can help counter by rolling up Perfect Timing. In general though, that’s a bad matchup

Gotta love dice games, some serious momentum swings going on.

Actually if you have a unit within 6 inches of someone holding an objective don’t you contest the objective? Since you were in combat with the Croot that would nullify those points correct?

You have to be within 3″ of the objective to hold or contest it.

Seriously I would forge the hardest narrative all over those tables! I’d bellow my Hive Tyrant-like, bowl loosening challenge so hard.

Reece, I don’t think I’ve laughed harder then when you guys were trying to read the Forge the Narrative section on issuing challenges, especially the Tyranid part. Tears of joy cascaded down my face.
