The LVO convention badge shows out of stock, is that because the doors aren’t open to purchase yet?

Do you guys have a refund policy? I want to go, and it feels like this will sellout. However, it is near impossible for work to guarantee me these days this far in advance.

This exact problem happened to me with Nova this year and the only option they gave me was to sell my ticket/badge second hand on forums. I was only able to recoup ~75% of my investment and it kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

I’m curious about the same thing as Hippo there?

I’m hoping it wont come to that – but travel arrangements seem to be kind of a hassle from the boonies..

Unfortunately no refunds. We spend all of the money up front, so when people back out late in the game, we take a hit and often can’t recoup the cost as the money is gone and people don’t have enough time to plan to come. We will transfer tickets though, but we won’t be offering refunds this time. We’ve tried it in the past and it always turns out to be a huge pain in the ass and it costs us a lot of money, too. Year 2 at the BAO we went from breaking even to in the red for just that reason.
