Hey all, I'll be posting finished works as they happen here. Most recently I have been working on the Grey Eldar, but also finished this Riptide for my little brother's birthday. He paints the lightning on all his Tau, including the fire warriors, but he is busy with life so barely gets much time to paint. Figured I'd help him out since he has been working on his own Riptide for months (maybe 4 or so).

I'm assuming all the guns are magnetized? The electric work is very nice and the blue stands out. I like.

Geeeez, my brother never painted anything for me! The big guy looks terrific, all the lightning makes the whole thing look so complex and detailed. I loose patience doing a lightning claw, you sir are a mad man, I like it.

Your name fits well. Very crisp paint jobs. Pretty cool that you finished your brothers too.

Haha, thanx all. The weapons are magnetized, it's safe to assume in any picture of mine that has weapon options lying about it. The lightning will make you go crazy, and I do not envy my brother's scheme.

Finished these Anima Tactics minis by Cipher Studios recently.

This Farseer was supplied assembled and w/o base (so it is on a painting stand).

At first glance I thought "That LOC looks pretty cool, nice color choices", then I clicked on it and opened the close ups on the cloak and saw what makes this one of my favorite versions of this model. That cloak is the flippin business! The detailed pattern is one thing, but then shading over it like that makes it special.

So I changed the Baron's cloak, it was too Christmas. Also, I have these War of Ashes: Shieldwall mini's done for demo purposes for Zombiesmith. The spartan looking guys are called Jaarl, and the yellow guys are Vidaar. I like the latter most b/c they remind me of Animal of the Muppets w/ their underbite.

just finished up "The Eight." I didn't pick the scheme but like the look that was chosen. They are all magnetized. More pics may be seen by clicking.

My brother gave me a Heldrake kit for my B-day a month ago and I wanted to get this done before I burned him w/ it over Xmas. I already have 1 drake, so needed to convert the 2nd. Came up with this. There are more WiP and finish shots on the blog and FB

Sweet Drake, the super bright red vs. the muted wings was a smart choice, very well done.

Thanks for all the love and my apologizes for the long delay. Was on Holiday turn funeral...

moving along, I was asked a while ago to recreate the scheme on the steel legion trooper on left (not my work). My attempt is on the right. The owner will see them next Saturday.
